Have You Started to Build Your Empire?

May 17, 2008

Lets just imagine for a moment that you don’t have a marketing budget.  You want to start promoting Clickbank products but every thing you bump into costs money and you don’t have any.

Whether you are in school and have no income or have a disagreeable partner, there is plenty you can do that does not cost you a dime. (reading this website for training and tips for instance)

Joining clickbank as an affiliate — FREE

Promoting your affiliate links on traffic exchanges — FREE

Your own website –  FREE

So lets define the word free a little.  We all know you can’t get anything for free right?  Nothing is ever handed to you on a platter while you sit on your butt watching Oprah.  Many free services require your time and commitment to receive the benefit.  The time it takes may be as simple as making a free account, but if you want to get nit picky it still costs you some time.

So why isn’t every one out there making buckets of money on the internet and snubbing their old bosses at the local pool?  Well, frankly, many people don’t want to put out the effort it requires to build their empire.  It is just easier to go to a crappy job every day and get underpaid week after week.

I have gotten many emails from people through this site asking how to get started with Clickbank and other affiliate programs.  All I can say is read the posts, make the effort to learn, and try something.  Try anything at all.  The only way you are going to learn is to try some things and see what works for you.

I will make an effort to write about all the things I think will help you no matter what your level of commitment or budget.
